TAURUS

Positive Traits

Kissable – A flare for nut arrangement – Knows where every nut is hidden – Occasionally pats its human and other squirrels in a pleasantly reassuring way – Splats out to enjoy warm sun on bottom – Smiles a lot

Negative traits

Swats any hand that threatens to rearrange nut placements – Covets other’s nuts – Justifies theft of nuts by quoting inventively from Squirrel Etiquette Handbook

Relationships

The nestbox and intersquirrel relationship are often the most important issues in the Taurean life. They make considerate (“I will share my walnut with you”) and loving (“We kiss now”) companions, but do not take criticism well, and can be jealous.  A nice stockpile of nuts and bedding materials are important to them, and they are unlikely to ever put what they hold dear in jeopardy.

Career

Ambitious and hard-working, very attracted to careers in nut storage and where they are dealing with nuts. Drawn to work outdoors, they can be found anywhere there is grass!  They need a connection with nature and the earth; let no clod of Earth remain unturned.

Leisure

Some love outdoor activities such as acorn-golf and hill-walking; they often have an interest in gardening and horticulture. (It is not unusual to find your Taurean squirrel poking around the posies.)  In some their main interest lies in formulating new nut recipes and finding that perfect spring water. They should watch the waistline in later life.
